Under the direct supervision of the Operations Manager, this position provides administrative support for the Operations Department. Duties include data entry and editing. Most of this department's time is spent performing outgoing telephone verifications of applicants' previous employment and education. Internet research skills are a must. Also, answers non-routine correspondence and assembles highly confidential and sensitive information. Deals with a diverse group of important external callers as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize diversified workload, recommends changes in office practices or procedures.
